零干预对早产儿脐带护理效果的影响

目的评价零干预(停止常规给予早产儿脐部消毒剂)对脐部并发症、早产儿脐带脱落时间的影响。方法采用随机分组的类试验性研究法,试验组实施脐部护理零干预,常规组常规给予早产儿脐部消毒剂,观察两组的护理效果。常规组55例脐带未脱落前用安尔碘消毒脐带,一天两次。试验组55例脐带未脱落前不涂抹任何消毒剂,保持清洁干燥。结果两组患儿均无脐炎发生,常规组脐带脱落时间延迟3～4天。结论零干预护理早产儿脐带可减少消毒剂对早产儿皮肤的不良刺激,值得临床推广应用。

Objective This paper is to evaluate the effects of non-intervention on umbilical complications,premature infants umbilical separation time by stopping routinely using umbilical disinfectant.Methods Using the randomly grouped experimental research methods,nurses implemented the test group umbilical non-intervention while control group the routine umbilical disinfectant and then the effects have been observed for two groups.55 cases of the umbilical cord in the conventional group apply povidone iodine to umbilical cord twice a day.And 55 cases of the umbilical cord in the test group should be kept clean and dry without any disinfectant before cord separation.Results The two groups of children had no omphalitis,cord separated time by the conventional group has been delayed with 3~4 days.Conclusion Non-intervention nursing of premature infants＇ umbilical cord can reduce adverse cutaneous stimulation in premature infants.It is worthy to be popularized.
