摘要
目的探讨双边可调式弹性外固定架对治疗胫腓骨骨折愈合的促进作用。方法将62例胫腓骨骨折患者,随机分为弹性外固定组(治疗组32例)和对照组(30例),治疗组骨折愈合后采用双边可调式弹性外固定架,4~6W后松开延长锁钮,并让患者早期下地活动。对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定、髓内钉内固定及单臂外固定架等治疗。记录两组患者骨折临床愈合时间。结果治疗组临床骨折愈合时间(10±1.2)W;对照组临床骨折愈合时间(13±2.7)W。治疗组骨折愈合时间明显较对照组缩短,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论双边可调式弹性外固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折可明显促进骨痂形成,促进骨折愈合。
Objective To study the clinical application of bilateral elastic adjustable external fixation to the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibular.Methods 62 cases with fracture of tibia and fibular were randomly divided into elastic external fixation group(treatment group,n=32),treated by bilateral elastic adjustable external fixation,extend locked button released after 4 to 6 weeks,and control group(n=30),treated by open reduction,internal fixation with nickelclad and intramedullary nail,and unilateral external fixator.The healing times were recorded.Results The treatment group has an an average healing time of(10±1.2) weeks,the control group,(13±2.7) weeks.The fracture healing time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group and there was a significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Bilateral elastic adjustable external fixation could help to promote callus formation and fracture healing.
