提高下颌牙槽嵴低平全口义齿满意度研究

目的探讨提高下颌牙槽嵴低平患者的全口义齿满意度的方法。方法对就诊的28例下颌牙槽嵴低平患者采用改良方法进行下颌全口义齿修复用以增强义齿的固位和稳定,对比改良与传统方法设计、制作的两副下颌全口义齿,采取问卷的形式调查患者的满意度,结果用自身配对t检验统计分析。结果使用改良方法制作的全口义齿的语音、咀嚼功能、固位性、稳定性和舒适性有显著提高;而外观无显著差别。结论改良方法可有效提高下颌牙槽嵴低平患者全口义齿的满意度。

Objective To discuss how to improve the mandibular alveolar low in patients with denture satisfaction method.Methods In my clinic on 28 cases of mandibular alveolar flat were treated by modified method of mandibular complete denture with to strengthen denture retention and stability compared with that of the traditional design method,improved,making two pairs of mandibular complete dentures,taking the form of questionnaire survey of patient satisfaction,using the paired t test statistics analysis the results.Results using Using the improved method of making the complete denture speech,masticatory function,retention,stability and comfort had significantly increased;and the appearance of significant difference.Conclusion The improved method can effectively improve the mandibular alveolar low in patients with denture satisfaction.
