摘要
再生骨料混凝土要想应用在钢筋混凝土结构构件上,不仅在力学性能方面满足结构所需的性能指标要求,还应在耐久性能方面满足结构设计使用寿命年限的要求。因再生骨料混凝土在耐久性能方面与普通混凝土相比存在诸多性能不稳定因素,直接导致再生骨料混凝土在实际应用当中受到很大的限制。本试验研究为了尝试提高再生骨料混凝土耐久性能的一种方法,制作了内填充再生骨料混凝土短柱,并对其进行了单轴抗压试验研究,从力学性能方面研究内填充再生混凝土试件的整体工作性能。试验结果表明,内填充再生骨料混凝土短柱的轴向变形能力与普通整体浇筑钢筋混凝土短柱较接近,并具有良好的韧性。
recycled coarse aggregate should be complied with the structural property demands of mechanic and durability on reinforced concrete structural element.Recycled coarse aggregate was greatly restricted in practical application compared with common concrete,attribute to durability unstable factors.Short column packed with recycled coarse aggregate was investigated to improve the durability of recycled coarse aggregate concrete,and uniaxial compressive test was carried on whole performance of short column.It concluded that,axial deformability of short column packed with recycled concrete closed to the common concrete short column and showed better ductile.
