摘要
针对双丝埋弧焊电磁搅拌方法,采用ANSYS软件进行了电磁线圈磁场特性的研究,并采用特斯拉计对不同条件下的磁场进行了测试。研究表明,柱形线圈形式比锥形线圈形式更有利于电磁搅拌。磁芯的加入会使磁场更为集中,增大两焊丝尖端及磁芯位置的磁感应强度,有利于焊接和电磁搅拌过程的稳走进行。工件的存在使磁性区域磁感应强度增加,坡口位置的磁感应强度减小。
Based on the electromagnetic stirring method in twin-wire submerged arc welding,the characteristics of magnetic field of electromagnetic coil were analyzed with ANSYS software and the field in the different conditions was measured with Tesla instrument.The studied results show that the columnar coil is more beneficial to electromagnetic stirring than tapered coil does.The addition of the core makes the field be concentrated and the increase of the magnetic flux density in the tips of both wires and the core can help the steady process of welding and electromagnetic stirring.The magnetic flux density in the magnetic area is increased but the magnetic flux density in the corresponding position of welding groove is decreased because of the existence of the weldment.
