摘要
针对在窄间隙TIG全位置自动焊过程中的气孔及密集性气孔的产生进行了分析。依据传统的气孔形成理论分析了可能引起气孔的原因。结合窄间隙焊接的实际情况,提出了防止气孔产生的5项措施。依据这5项措施,产品焊缝中出现气孔和密集性气孔的几率大幅度降低,很好地满足了生产要求。
The formation of the porosity during narrow gap TIG all-position welding were analyzed in this paper.Based on the theory of ' bubble rise speed' and 'non-metallic inclusion',the reasons of porosity formation were analyzed.According to the practice of narrow gap welding,five measures were proposed to prevent the porosity.The Probability of the porosity are decreased much more and the requirements of production are satisfied.
