寻常型天疱疮并发黏膜型类天疱疮

A case report of coexistence of pemphigus vulgaris and bullous pemphigoid

报告1例寻常型天疱疮并发黏膜型类天疱疮。患者男,22岁。因多发黏膜糜烂、皮肤水疱半年而就诊。该例独特之处除其发病年龄较小之外,在同一患者身上出现两种大疱性疾病更是罕见。该例患者除具有天疱疮和类天疱疮的临床表现外,免疫荧光和血清学检查均提示两种疾病并发。

To report the first case of coexistence of pemphigus vulgaris and bullous pemphigoid in China. A 22-year-old male presented with multiple mueosal erosions and bullae for half a year. This is a rare case because the patient shares the distinctive hybrid nature of two bullous disorders, and he is relatively young. Besides the manifestation of pemphigus and pemphigoid, irnmunofluorescence and serological examinations also support the coexistence of these two bullous diseases.
