摘要
通过溶液聚合方法合成了不同共聚物组成的羟基丙烯酸树脂,采用乌氏黏度计及傅里叶变换红外光谱对合成树脂的黏度及其结构进行了表征;采用所合成的丙烯酸树脂与多异氰酸酯制备涂膜,研究了涂膜在不同温度及不同时间下的固化行为,并对涂膜的性能进行了测试。结果表明:实验合成的羟基丙烯酸树脂与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体所制备的涂料性能优异,涂膜附着力均可达1级或更好,硬度高达4H,耐化学试剂性能优良。
The title hydroxyl acrylic resins with various coplymer composition were synthesized by solution polymerization. The effect of different copolymer compositions on the viscosity of the polymer were investigated using Ubbelohde viscometer. And the coatings' structures were characterized by FT - IR. The curing behavior of the films under various temperature and time were studied by FT - IR. The performance of the coating film was tested. The results showed that the films with hydroxyl acrylic resin cured with hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer were of excellent performance, with adhesion 0 - 1 grade, hardness 4H and the good chemical resistance performance.
