摘要
探讨了可应用于PVDF氟碳面漆中的黑颜料的种类,氟碳灰色面漆的QUV紫外加速老化试验和户外曝晒实验结果表明,复合无机黑色颜料比炭黑更适合用于高性能持久耐候性PVDF面漆中。某些复合无机颜料的特殊结构,使其具有良好的近红外线反射性能,可用于高性能热反射涂料中。建筑物在应用由这种颜料制成的PVDF涂层铝幕墙板时,具备良好的室内节能效果。
The paper discussed the types of black pigments that could be used in high performance PVDF coatings. QUV accelerate testing and Florida outdoor exposure resuks indicated that CICP types of black pigment provided better weathering resistance performance than carbon black pigment in PVDF gray topcoat. Because of the unique structure of CICP pigment, some grades showed outstanding ability to maximize reflectivity in the near infrared region, which could be used in heat reflective coatings especially in PVDF coil coatings for buildings, to improve the energy - saving of buildings.
