摘要
以Fluent6.3为计算平台,采用数值模拟方法研究了电磁制动不同参数下宽板坯高拉速结晶器内的流场。结果表明,电磁制动可有效控制结晶器内钢液的流动,改变钢液的流动方向,改善钢液上下环流区的分配率。在静磁场作用下,上部环流区的流动增强,下部环流区流动减弱,自由液面的波动减轻。
The liquid steel flow field in a wide slab continuous casting mould under different electromagnetic parameters was simulated by the Fluent 6.3 software.The results indicate that the electromagnetic brake can not only control the flow of liquid steel in the mould,but also change the flow direction,and then to improve the redistribution of the liquid steel flux in the slab continuous mold.The flow in the upper eddy is strengthened,and the flow in the lower eddy is weakened,so the fluctuation of meniscus is improved in role of static magnetic field.
