Design methods and process of gravity casting moulds for turbocharged pistons were presented,which broken the traditional design idea.Blank weight was reduced,and processing efficiency was improved through reasonable improvement of metal mould design and process measures,which could take the moulds to reach the use requirements at the technique level and get ideal castings.
