新疆紫草化学成分的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on the Chemical Components of Arnebia euchroma(Royle) Johnst

目的对新疆紫草提取物中的化学成分进行初步研究。方法采用系统预试法,对紫草的水提液、酸性乙醇提取液、乙醇提取液、石油醚提取液进行研究,对其可能含有的化学成分进行初步确定。结果新疆紫草中可能含有氨基酸、蛋白质、糖及其苷类、皂苷、鞣质、酚类、有机酸、萜类、甾体类、香豆素及内酯、黄酮类、蒽醌类、生物碱类、油脂等化学成分。结论初步确定紫草可能含有的化学成分,为紫草的深度利用和开发奠定基础。

ObjectiveTo identify the chemical composition of Arnebia euchroma（Royle） Johnst with pre-test method. MethodsThe extracted mixture of Arnebia euchroma（Royle） Johnst from petroleum ether,purified water,ethanol and acid were studied by System pre-test method.The chemical composition was analyzed. ResultsArnebia euchroma（Royle） Johnst might contain chemical constituents such as amino acid,protein,carbohydrate and their glycosides,saponins,tannin,phenols,organic acids,steroids and terpenoids,coumarin and macrolides,flavonoids,anthraquinones,alkaloids,olein. ConclusionThe chemical composition of Arnebia euchroma（Royle） Johnst was identified preliminarily.The results of the research lay the foundation for the further use and the development of Arnebia euchroma（Royle） Johnst
