云南松松塔中挥发性成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

Analysis of Volatile Components from Pinecone of Pinus yunnanensis Franch.by GC-MS

目的研究云南松松塔中挥发性成分的化学组成。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取云南松松塔中的挥发性成分,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对云南松松塔挥发性成分进行分离和鉴定。结果确定了其中20个组分的化学结构,并得到相对含量。结论云南松松塔挥发油中主要含有异长叶烯、石竹烯氧化物、α-蒎烯等物质。

ObjectiveTo study the volatile components from pinecone of Pinus yunnanensis Franch.. MethodsThe volatile components were extracted by steam distillation from pinecone of Pinus yunnanensis Franch.,and the constituents were identified by GC-MS. Results20 compounds and their relative contents were identified. ConclusionThe major constituents in the Pinus yunnanensis Franch.are Isolongifolene,Caryophyllene oxide and α-Pinene.
