深绿卷柏中的穗花杉双黄酮和橡胶树双黄酮的反相高效液相色谱法同时测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的测定深绿卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮和橡胶树双黄酮的含量。方法采用梯度洗脱的反相高效液相色谱法,选用Agilent ZORBAX-SB C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸为流动相,在25℃柱温,检测波长为254nm时检测,建立了深绿卷柏药材的质量评价标准。结果穗花杉双黄酮、橡胶树双黄酮分别在0.33~3.3μg/ml和0.27~2.7μg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为r=0.993和r=0.990;回收率分别为:95.36%(n=6,CV=1.79%)和95.49%(n=6,CV=2.61%)。结论 RP-HPLC法同时测定深绿卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮和橡胶树双黄酮的含量,方法灵敏、简便、准确;可用于评价深绿卷柏药材的品质。 ObjectiveTo determine the contents of amentoflavone and heveaflavone in Selaginella.doederleinii Hieron. Methods The method of RP-HPLC was adopted with gradient elusion.The chromato-graphic volumn was Agilent ZORBAX-SB C18(5μm,4.6 mm× 250 mm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% acetric acid solution,the detection wavelength was at 254nm and the column temperature was 25℃. ResultsAmentoflavone and heveaflavone showed good linear relationship within the range of 0.33~3.3(μg/ml),r=0.993 and 0.27~2.7(μg/ml),r=0.990,respectively.The recovery rate was 95.36%(n=6,CV =1.79%) and 95.49%(n=6,CV=2.61%),respectively. ConclusionThe method of RP-HPLC is sensitwe,simple,accurate and can be used to evaluate the quantity of Selaginella doederleinii Hieron.
