摘要
目的探讨穿破石水提取物和醇提取物急性毒性。方法急性毒性试验采用小鼠最大耐受量(MTD)灌胃法,观察一次性口服灌胃(i.g)给药后,连续观察14 d,记录小鼠的毒性反应及死亡情况。结果穿破石水提取物急性毒性试验小鼠MTD>228.6 g/kg。穿破石醇提取物急性毒性试验小鼠MTD>80 g/kg。实验中,动物饮食和活动正常,毛色光泽,生长良好,未见任何中毒表现,无死亡。14 d后处死小鼠,肉眼观察各器官均无异常。结论穿破石水提取物和醇提取物对小鼠无急性毒性。
ObjectiveTo observe the acute toxicity of water and alcohol extract of Cudrania cochin chinensis in mice. MethodsThe acute toxicity text in mice was conducted with the oral maximum-tolerated dosage(MTD)of water and alcohol extract of Cudrania cochin chinensis,and then observe toxicity reaction and death situations in mice for 14d after the intragastric administration(i.g) one day at a time. ResultsThe oral maximum-tolerated dosage(MTD)of water extract of Cudrania cochin chinensis was greater than 228.6 g/kg.The oral maximum-tolerated dosage(MTD)of alcohol extract of Cudrania cochin chinensis was greater than 80 g/kg.In experiments,diet,activities,color and luster of mice were normal,and there was no toxicity reaction and death situations in mice 14 days after the mice were sacrificed and no abnormality could be observed for various organs with eyes. ConclusionThere is no toxicity water and alcohol extract of Cudrania cochin chinensis.
