摘要
以 13个玉米自交系为材料 ,在红土 ( p H4 .2 4 )和潮土 ( p H7.95)两种土壤条件下 ,对玉米苗期的生物学和营养学性状进行了比较研究。结果表明 ,耐酸玉米自交系的苗期耐酸特性表现在生长速度较快、叶色较绿、干重累积较多 ,对钙的吸收效率较高 ,能抑制锰过量的毒害。与国外引进的已知耐酸自交系比较 ,不同玉米自交系对酸性土壤的反应不尽相同 ,可见明显的基因型差异 ,国内血缘的玉米自交系中 ,也有个别自交系具较好耐酸特性。
Tolerance of maize to acid soil at seedling stage was characterized using 13 maize inbred lines grown under 2 types of soil, chao soil (Alluvium soil, pH 7.95 ) and Red soil (Quaternary red soil, pH4.24). The result showed that acid soil was a harmful effect on maize growth and that the main appearance for tolerant acid maize at seedling stage was its faster growth, brighter green leaf colour and more dry matter accumulated. Its efficiency to absorb Ca was higher, and it could restrain Mn toxicity possibly. The reaction of different inbred lines to acid soil significantly varied and depended on the genotypes. Compared with the inbred lines introduced from CIMMYT, one domestic inbred line had the Same tolerance. This study implies the great potentials of improving tolerance to acid soil in maize
