Research Advancements in Anti-cancer Mechanism of Arnebia euchroma

文章主要对新疆紫草抗肿瘤作用机制的研究成果进行了系统综述和评论。简要介绍了新疆紫草的物质基础,详细评述了其主要活性成分紫草素及其衍生物抑制多种肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖,致肿瘤细胞凋亡作用机制的最新进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

This article mainly reviwed the anti-tumor mechanisms of Arnebia euchroma recently,which is one of traditional Chinese medicines used in Uygur.Its resource and basic substances were introduced briefly,and progress on anti-tumor action mechanisms of alkannin and alkannin derivants,the most kind of components in Arnebia euchroma,were reviewed in detail.
