摘要
蒜氨酸酶又叫半胱氨酸亚砜裂解酶,能将蒜氨酸催化成蒜素,后者具有抗血小板聚集、调节血压、降血糖、降胆固醇、抗细菌、抗病毒、抗真菌、抗寄生虫、增强免疫力、抗肿瘤和抗氧化等药理学功能。该文从基因水平角度,综述了蒜氨酸酶在不同葱属植物中的基因研究情况,归纳了NCBI核酸数据库中检索到的九种植物中32条蒜氨酸酶核酸序列,并具体介绍了洋葱鳞茎蒜氨酸酶基因;综述了蒜氨酸酶基因研究方法发展历程以及蒜氨酸酶基因重组与表达的研究进展。
Allianse(Cys sulfoxide lyase) catalyzes the synthesis of the well-known chemically and therapeutically active compound allicin,which has the pharmacological effects in cardiovascular diseases,regulating blood pressure,lowering blood sugar and cholesterol levels,inhibiting bacterial,viral,fungal and parasitic infections,enhancing the immune system and having antitumoral and antioxidant features.In this article,32 allianse sequences from NCBI Neucleic Acid Data Base belonging to 9 plants of genus Allium were summarized,and the information of allianse genes in Allium cepa was particularly introduced in detail.The history of research methods for allianse genes and the progress for its recombination and expression were reviewed.
