摘要
履带行动系统是在军事装备和工程机械装备领域广泛应用的重要机械装备产品。提出了集成Matlab,Solidworks,CosmosMotion以及Adams的履带行动系统性能协同分析方法,分析了利用宏命令自动添加约束及作用力单元,分析和开发了履带板地面作用力子程序,实现了在硬质地面下的履带行动系统的性能仿真。该工作提高了履带行动系统样机设计和性能分析的准确性和效率。
The tracked maneuvering system is an important mechanical component widely used in field of military equipment and engineering mechanical equipment.Performance collaborative analysis method integrated Matlab,Solidworks,CosmosMotion and Adams is proposed for the tracked maneuvering system,which automatically adding the constraint and force units by macros command is analyzed,the user subroutine calculating forces between track shoe and ground is also analyzed and developed and performance simulation of the tracked maneuvering system on hard ground is achieved.The work can improve the accuracy and efficiency for maneuvering system design and performance analysis.
