污泥脱水卧螺离心机最优差转速 被引量:14

Optimization of the Differential Rotational Speed in Separator for the Sludge Dewatering

摘要 利用Solidworks软件对卧螺离心机内污泥流体进行三维建模,结合CFD软件fluent选用RNG k~ε湍流模型与多重参考系(MRF)模型,对离心机内固液两相流进行模拟仿真,得到不同差转速下离心机流道内流体的压力、速度云图,得出出渣口污泥含水率与差转速的关系曲线。通过实验验证,仿真与实验结果有较好的一致性,所分析的离心机最优差转速约为50 r/min时,出渣口污泥含水率最低,且该离心机可以工作的最低差转速约为5.1 r/min。 Through Solidworks,the three dimensional model of fluid in the separator is set up,and then with the Fluent of CFD,the turbulence mobel RNG k-ε and the multiple reference frame(MRF) method,the flow field of solid-liquid two-phase in the separator is simulated.The pressure and velocity of fluid is acquired by differential rotational speed,and the diagram of sludge watery percentage at the outlet is also obtained under the differential rotational speed.The experiment is carried out to examine the simulation results.Both the simulation and the experimental results show that the sludge watery percentage of the outlet is the lowest at 50r/min,and parameters of this paper the minimum possible differential rotational speed of the separator is about 5.1r/min.
