摘要
在受控核聚变中,电源电压的准确测量十分重要,要求作为脉冲测量系统的第1级关键部件的分压器具有良好的响应特性和稳定性。为此,结合实际工况,提出了适合此类电源特性的分压器设计参数。考虑杂散参数对分压器性能的影响,建立了包含分布电容、杂散电感的电阻分压器参数模型,基于电路理论二端口网络分析方法从理论上推导其传递函数和响应时间的表达式。根据该模型提出分压器的相关参数,并采用玻璃釉膜电阻制作分压器。对分压器进行脉冲高压响应的标定实验,与泰克高压探头对比结果表明2者所测波形比较相符,尤其是开通与关断时刻的波形,能准确反映电压信号的暂态过程。该分压器能实时、准确地测量电源输出电压,为电源暂态过程分析和系统反馈调节提供依据。
To study controlled nuclear fusion,it is important to accurately measure high voltage,and it is required that the divider has good response characteristics and stability as a key component of the first class in the pulse high voltage measurement system.Taking inductance of the divider into account,we proposed design parameters of the divider,and established a model of resistor divider parameters and the stray capacitance,and theoretically derived transfer function and expression of response time.Moreover,we proposed improvement measures for divider performances.The new divider was developed by using glass enamel film resistor.Comparison of those from Tektronix high-voltage probe and high-voltage pulse power supply response and proof-reading test shows that the waveforms are in good agreement,especially during the opening and turn-off time.High-voltage signal is obtained truly.Moreover,the voltage signal from new divider is adopted in feedback control system of the power supply.
