浅谈生态型产业集群的生态服务功能

在国内外对生态系统服务功能研究和生态型产业集群研究的基础上,通过对生态型产业集群生态服务功能与自然生态系统生态服务功能的比较,以及对生态型产业集群内部结构的分析,明晰了生态型产业集群的生态服务功能内容,确定了其评价方法,初步构建了其评价指标体系。该评价指标体系包括生态服务功能总价值等绝对指标和生态经济价值比等相对指标,并确定了计算方法、相关二级指标,在一定程度上填补了当前没有明确的产业生态系统的生态服务功能评价指标体系的空白,为分析生态型产业集群的生态经济效益提供了定量化的工具,具有较强的理论和实际意义。

In the domestic and foreign research of ecosystem service function and ecological industry cluster on the basis of the research of ecological industry cluster,through ecological service function and natural ecosystem service function of the comparison,as well as to the ecological industry cluster the internal structure of the analysis,define the ecological industry cluster of ecological service function,content to decide its evaluation method,initially constructs the evaluation index system.The evaluation index system including the ecological service function and total value of absolute index and ecological economic value do,and confirmed the relative index calculation method and relevant secondary indexes,and,to some extent,to fill the gaps in the current no clear industry ecosystem service function of ecological evaluation index system for the blank of ecological industry cluster analysis,the ecological and economic benefits of the quantitative tools provide,with strong theoretical and practical significance.
