摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了白色的纳米TiO2涂层。通过X射线衍射谱和透射电子显微镜的分析,表明TiO2粒径分布在10~20nm之间。为了验证纳米TiO2涂层对航天器密封舱内空气的净化作用,对TiO2涂层进行了实验研究,实验结果表明纳米TiO2涂层对甲醛、二氧化硫和二氧化氮污染气体有很好的净化效果。对大肠杆菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌有很好的杀灭作用。
The white nano-titania coating were prepared by sol-gel method. The particle size of nano-titania was range between 10 and 20nm by the analysis of XRD and TEM. In order to testify the fact that the TiO2 coating could be used to purify air within spacecraft sealed-cabin, the nano-titania coating photocatalytic oxidation experiments were carried out. The experimental results indicate that nano-titania coating can degrade the air contaminants such as formaldehyde, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide, at the same time, which can kill the bacteria and virus such as Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
