自身免疫病治疗的新型靶点:Act1介导的IL-17信号通路 被引量:8

New target for autoimmune diseases treatment: act1-mediated IL-17 signalling pathway

摘要 Act1(NF-κB activator 1)是活化核转录因子NF-κB的重要蛋白分子。Act1在白介素-17(interleukin,IL-17)信号通路中起重要作用,是IL-17和其受体IL-17R以及下游信号传导之间重要的信号连接分子。本文从Act1的克隆、Act1的结构、Act1作为信号传导蛋白的确定、Act1介导的IL-17信号、Act1介导的IL-17信号与自身免疫性疾病的关系等方面做一综述,阐明Act1介导的IL-17信号通路是自身免疫性疾病治疗的潜在靶点。 The cytoplasmic adaptor protein Act1 is key protein molecular in IL-17 receptor-mediated signaling,which is a chief linkage between IL-17 receptor and downstream signaling.This paper reviews the studies progresses in physiology of Act1,identification of Act1 as a signal transduction protein and potential pathogenic relevance of Act1 in IL-17 signaling,which suggest that Act1 maybe a potential target for therapeutic intervention in autoimmune diseases.
