下颌升支矢状劈开截骨术与下颌角整形术同期进行的骨愈合动物实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过对兔同期行下颌骨切开术与咀嚼肌剥离术,模拟下颌升支矢状劈开截骨术与下颌角整形术同期手术,对比观察术后骨愈合情况,从而推测其可行性。方法:选取18只健康新西兰大白兔,随机分为3组,实验组(n=8)一侧行下颌骨切开术与咀嚼肌剥离术同期手术,对侧不手术:对照组(n=8)一侧行下颌骨切开术,对侧不手术;正常对照组(n=2)不行任何手术。对比观察术后2、4、8、12周手术侧骨愈合情况。结果:实验组与对照组骨愈合过程相似,12周时各组兔骨小梁矿化度无显著差异。结论:下颌骨切开术与咀嚼肌剥离术同期进行,其术后骨断端达到骨性愈合,具有可行性。 Objective:To simulate the simultaneous operation of mandibular sagittal split osteotomy and mandibular angloplasty,through we perform mandibular osteotomy and masticatory muscle dissection on rabbits over the same period.Comparing and observing the situation of bone healing after surgery,then we can speculate that the feasibility of the simultaneous operation.Methods: 18 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were selected and randomly divided into three groups.For the experimental group,mandibular osteotomy and masticatory muscle dissection were performed on one side of mandible over the same period and the opposite wasn't.For the control group,mandibular osteotomy was performed on one side of mandible and the opposite wasn't.Normal control group(n=2)was done without surgery.Then we observed the situation of bone healing at the surgical side in both groups at 2nd week,4th week,8th week and 12 th week after surgery.Results: The process of bone healing in the experimental group was similar to the control group.And at 12th week,trabecular bone in rabbits of each group had no significant difference in degree of mineralization.Conclusions: Mandibular osteotomy and masticatory muscle dissection can be performed over the same period,and mandibular fractures can heal up to bony union after surgery.The simultaneous operation is feasible.
