摘要 目的:评价CK-19mRNA对乳腺癌的微转移诊断的价值。方法:计算机检索维普、CNKI和万方数据库,收集已公开发表的有关CK-19 mRNA对乳腺癌的微转移诊断的文献,按Meta分析的要求对原始文献的质量进行评估,采用RevMan5.0软件对各研究的原始数据进行统计分析。结果:共纳入7篇中文文献,样本量为777例,其中经病理学诊断为II、I期的乳腺癌患者为258例,III、Ⅳ期的有62例。乳腺癌组与乳腺良性疾病组的Meta分析结果:合并OR=7.30,95%CI=2.48~21.44,P=0.0003;I、Ⅱ期与III、Ⅳ期癌症组的Meta分析结果:合并OR=0.20,95%CI=0.11至0.38,P〈0.00001。结论:CK-19 mRNA可以作为检测乳腺癌患者外周血微转移的分子标志物,对乳腺癌的指导治疗和评估预后具有重要的意义。 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of CK-19 mRNA in breast cancer micro metastasis.Methods:Weipu,CNKI and Wanfang Database were used to search all the relevant texts which are about the diagnostic value of CK-19 mRNA in the breast cancer micrometastasis.The quality of the retrieved original studies was evaluated according to the requirements of Meta analysis.All data were analyzed by Review manager 5.0.Result:Seven Chinese studies were collected.The sample size was 777 cases,of which 258 cases confirmed pathologically were in stage I-II and 62 cases in stage III-IV.The Meta analysis result between the patients and the benign breast disease showed OR=7.30,95%CI=2.48-21.44,P=0.0003.The Meta analysis result between the patients in stage I-II and III-IV showed OR=0.20,95 % CI=0.11-0.38,P0.00001.Conclusion:CK-19 mRNA can be used as a molecular maker in peripheral on the micro metastasis of the breast cancer,and it can provide important information for estimating prognosis and guiding clinical therapy of breast cancer.
