沿黄稻区水稻硅素吸收、分配特点研究 被引量:35

摘要 在河南沿黄稻区原阳县的潮土上设置田间试验 ,用H2 SO4 —H2 O2 消煮—重量法测定各生育时期稻株各器官中含硅量 ,结果表明 :水稻分蘖期及叶鞘中含硅量最高 ;开花以后是吸硅最多的时期 ,其阶段吸硅量随生育时期推移呈指数曲线分布 ;拔节前大部分硅分配在叶鞘中 ,拔节后叶片、叶鞘中硅的分配率比较均衡 。 Field experiment was set up in Chao Soil in Yuanyang county,One of the rice planting areas along the Yellow River banks,Henan Province.The method of H 2SO 4—H 2O 2 digestion and weighting was used to determine the content of Si in organs of rice in each stage of growth and development.The results obtained are as follows:The highest content of silicon in rice is found in leaf sheath especially at tillering stage.The largest quantity of Si is absorbed after flowering stage.The relation between the quantity of Si obsorbed by stages and growth period was exponential in diagram.Most of Si was distributed to leaf sheath before jointing stage,but the proportion of Si distributed in leaf is approximately equal to that in leaf sheath after jointing;At ripening stage,Si is mainly distributed in the ear.
