摘要 以2,2’-偶氮二[2-(2-咪唑啉-2-代)丙烷]二盐酸盐(VA-044)为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(Bis-A)为交联剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP K-30)为稳定剂,在乙醇/水混合介质中使丙烯酰胺(AM)与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)进行分散共聚,制备了一系列P(AM-AMPS)微凝胶。分别讨论了醇水体积比、稳定剂、AMPS和引发剂用量对微凝胶粒径的影响,实验结果表明所得微凝胶的粒径随着介质中水含量和引发剂用量的增大而增大,随稳定剂和AMPS用量的增大而减小。通过改变聚合反应条件,可以得到粒径在0.60~2.67μm的微凝胶,该微凝胶具有良好的溶胀性和一定的耐盐性能,为其作为油田堵水调剖剂提供了技术保证。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)考察了微凝胶的热性能,结果表明微凝胶的玻璃化转变温度随反应体系中AMPS用量的增大而提高。 A series of crosslinked P(AM-AMPS) microgels were prepared by dispersion copolymerization of acrylamide (AM) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) using 2,2 '-azobis [ 2- ( 2-imidazolin-2- yl) propane] dihydrochloride (VA-044) as initiator, N, N '-methylenebisacrylamide (Bis-A) as crosslinker, and polyvinylpyrrolidon (PVP K-30) as dispersion stabilizer in an ethanol-water media. The effects of volume ratio of ethanol to water, mass ratio of AM to AMPS, content of stabilizer and initiator on average particle size of P (AM-AMPS) microgels were studied systematically. The results showed that particle size increased with increasing water content in the medium and initiator concentration, whereas decreased with increasing stabilizer amount or content of AMPS in tatal monomers. Results of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) showed that the glass transition temperature of the microgels enhanced with increasing AMPS content. The swelling and salt-resistant properties of the microgels were also preliminarily studied, and they may be used as water plugging material in oil exploitation.
