河南贫困地区经济增长点分析

Analysis on economic growht points in poverty stricken areas in Henan Province

在分析全省 2 8个国定贫困县贫困现状的基础上 ,以发达县为参照 ,采用相关分析法找出了不同发展阶段上影响经济增长的主要因素 ,并划分为 2个基本类型 ,提出了其不同的经济增长点 。

Based on the analysis of the present conditions of 28 national poverty-stricken counties in Henan and reference to the deveolped counties’ situation,the key factors affecting the development of different stages were found out by means of the correlation analysis and the counties could be diveded into two basic types,and the economic growth points for poverty stricken areas,as also offers a theoretic basis for the povert stricken counties to become rich.
