摘要
测定 3类 6种杀虫剂对茶毛虫 3龄幼虫的室内杀虫效果和田间防治效果及其对茶毛虫黑卵蜂和绒茧蜂的室内杀虫效果 ,结果表明 ,供试杀虫剂对茶毛虫及其天敌的室内杀虫效果差异显著 ,对茶毛虫的田间防治效果差异不显著 .2 .5%功夫乳油 6 0 0 0倍对茶毛虫 3龄幼虫的室内杀虫效果、田间防治效果及对茶毛虫黑卵蜂和绒茧蜂的室内杀虫效果分别为 93.5%、 89.6 %、 10 .0 %、 5.7% ;2 .5%敌杀死乳油 30 0 0倍分别为 91.3%、89.4 %、 10 .4 %、 6 .6 % ;80 %敌敌畏乳油 2 0 0 0倍分别为 77.5%、 87.5%、 2 6 .5%、 2 4 .8% ;4 0 %水胺硫磷乳油2 0 0 0倍分别为 72 .4 %、 86 .6 %、 2 6 .7%、 2 2 .5% ;1.16× 10 11孢子· g-1的 80 10苏云金杆菌粉剂 50 0倍分别为6 8.8%、 86 .0 %、 5.3%、 4 .7% ;5× 10 7PIB· m L-1的茶毛虫核型多角体病毒制剂分别为 6 6 .6 %、 85.5%、3.6 %、 3.8% .
The effects of 6 sorts of insecticides on the third instar larvae of tea caterpillar ( Euproctis pseudoconspera Strand) indoor and in the field, and the effects on the natural enemies ( Telenomus euproctidis and Apanteles conspersae ) indoor were determined. The results showed that there was significant difference in the effects of various insecticides on tea caterpillar and its natural enemies indoor, but insignificant in the field. In details, the effects of 2.5% Cyhaothrin EC 6000X on the third instar larvae of tea caterpillar indoor and in the field, and the effects on the two natural enemies indoor were 93.5%, 89.6%, 10.0% and 5.7%, respectively; the effects of 2.5% Deltamelthrin EC 3000X were 91.3%, 89.4%, 10.4% and 6.6%, respectively; 80% Dichlorvos EC 2000X were 77.5%, 87.5%, 26.5% and 24.8%; 40% Isocarbophos EC 2000X were 72.4%, 86.6%, 26.7% and 22.5%; 8010 ( Bt ) DP 500X (1.16×10 11 spores·g -1 ) were 68.8%, 86.0%, 5.3% and 4.7%; as well as Euproctis pseudoconspersa Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (5×10 7 PIB·mL -1 ) were 66.6%, 85.5%, 3.6% and 3.8% . Eventually, evaluation criteria for screening insecticides were established according to population control indices analysis.
