论求简求别原则对语言运用和发展的制约

On the Restriction Caused by the Principle of Pursuing Concision and Difference to Language Application and Development

求简求别原则不但是语言运用必须遵循的重要原则,而且是制约语言发展的重要原则。本文试图以汉语为例,从古人论述,当代语言学家论述,在语言运用和发展中的制约作用以及过于追求区别又对语言产生一种羡余现象加以论述,期望引起大家的重视,从而促使语言沿着自身发展的规律,健康地向前发展。

Pursuing concision and difference is an important principle which should be followed in lan guage use, and which restricts the development of language. Taking the Chinese as an example, this paper discusses, based on the accounts of the ancient language experts and modern linguists, the redundancy from overpursuing differences in the application of language, for the purpose of calling for attention to it and for the healthy development of the language.
