摘要 民族地区由于工作条件较差,人事制度改革不完善等多方面原因,教师流失呈现单向性流动,从农村流向县城,从薄弱学校流向办学条件和福利待遇相对较好的学校;应采取建立农村牧区教师服务期制度和城乡教师交流共享机制,深化教师队伍补充机制改革,提高教师待遇等对策措施。 Finding that due to bad working conditions , low economic income , incomplete reform of personnel system and otherwise various reasons, the loss of teachers in Qinghai ethnic areas is seriorsly To solve the problem, the establishment of period of service system of teachers in rural pastoral areas, the es- tablishment of the urban and rural sharing mechanism of teachers, the deepening of the reform of the com- plementary mechanism of teachers" team, the improvement of social status and living conditions of teachers and other countermeasures on control of teacher losing in national regions are put forward.
