Continue Education Engineering and Construction of Learning Society

当今世界,科技进步日新月异,国际间的竞争日趋激烈,其表现形式主要是综合国力的竞争,而综合国力的竞争已由过去对自然资源和市场的竞争,转变成了今天对人才和知识的竞争,而人才和知识的竞争实质上就是对教育的竞争。因此,当今世界各国比以往任何时候都重视教育。对教育进行改革,理所当然成了世界各国的首要重任。而仅仅依靠学历教育来实现国际间的竞争是远远不够的,也满足不了如今信息社会时代的发展需求。笔者认为,作为教育子系统的继续教育,则在国际间的竞争中成为一支不容忽视的力量。

In today＇s world, science and technology are advancing rapidly, international competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the form is mainly the comprehensive national strength of competition, and the comprehensive national strength has past the competition for natural resources and market competi- tion, turn into today for talents and the knowledge competition, the talented person and the knowledge competition is essentially turned to education of competition. Therefore, now all of the world would pay much attention the education than any times in the past. Respect knowledge, respect talented person be- came nowadays the society fashion. For education reform, it became a world first mission. But only rely on the degree education to realize international competition is not enough, it can＇t satisfy the nowadays in- formation society development demand. The author thinks that the continued education subsystem as the branch of the education in the international competition, it will become a neglected strength power.
