摘要
政治有国界,但信息、经济全球化与区域经济一体化,突破了国界,出现了无国界企业与无国界管理。本文首先考察无国界企业的存在背景,然后正名无国界管理的概念,最后提出无国界管理的战略路径与实现框架。文后还剖析了摩托罗拉无国界管理价值观发展案例。
Politics have borders, while information, e- conomic globalization and integration of regional economy can break through the borders. In this case, borderless enterprises and borderless management have come into being. This paper first examines the background against which borderless enterprises exist. Then it defines the concept of borderless management. Finally it proposes the implementation framework of borderless management strategy. The paper also analyses the case of Motorola borderless management.
