脐带血邻苯二甲酸酯水平及影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨澄海区新生儿宫内邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)暴露水平及其影响因素。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪,检测澄海区(暴露组)127例,濠江区(对照组)60例新生儿脐带血血清中5种PAEs水平,并做相关因素问卷调查。结果:暴露组脐带血样本中邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯,邻苯二甲酸二乙基己酯,邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DnOP)浓度中位数分别为24.1,648.6,10.1μg/L,显著高于对照组(22.9(P<0.05)、492.8(P<0.01)、7.2μg/L(P<0.001));DnOP水平升高与母亲年龄、喝茶习惯负相关。结论:澄海区产妇和新生儿PAEs暴露处于较高水平,采取有效措施降低当地人群特别是母婴PAEs暴露,保护当地人群健康尤为重要。 Objective: To observe phthalate esters( PAEs) levels and related factors from Chenghai area. Methods: One hundred and twenty-seven neonatal umbilical cord blood samples from Chenghai and 60 from Haojiang were collected. PAEs levels were determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Questionnaire was carried out among subjects. Results: The mean of butylbenzyl phthalate, di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, di-n-octyl phthalate (DnOP) levels ( 24. 1, 648.6, 10.1ug,/L)from Chenghai were significantly higher than Haojiang(22.9, P 〈0.05; 492.8, P 〈0.01; 7.2 ug/L, P 〈0.001). DnOP level was negatively correlated with mothers' age and tea consuming. Conclusion: Pregnant women and neonates from Chenghai area are exposured to higher PAEs levels. Adopting effective measures to decrease local people's PAEs level are needed.
