地面装备用液压油与橡胶密封材料的相容性考察

Investigation on the Compatibility of Hydraulic Fluid Used for Ground Equipments with Elastomer Seals

文章对比了各种液压油橡胶相容性试验方法,并选用具有代表性的地面装备在用液压油,在选定的测试温度及时间条件下,与标准丁腈橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶进行了相容性测试。试验结果表明,在120℃、240 h的测试条件下,聚氨酯橡胶与各种地面装备液压油的相容性测试结果极差。本次试验结果与资料报道的结果存在明显差异,其原因就在于国内外聚氨酯橡胶密封材料配方及生产工艺的差异,基于国内聚氨酯橡胶密封材料制造水平,选择120℃、240 h的相容性测试条件并不恰当。

Test methods of determining the compatibility between hydraulic fluid and elastomer material were compared,and four hydraulic fluids used for ground equipments were selected to detect the compatibility with nitrile-butadiene rubber（NBR） and polyurethane rubber under the specified temperature and time.Results show that hydraulic fluids mentioned above are all in-compatibility with polyurethane rubber under the test conditions of 120 ℃and 240 h.There is significant difference between the test results and the actual measurements published on the internal magazine because of different formulations and manufacturing techniques at home and abroad.In our opinion,the selected conditions of 120 ℃and 240 h for testing the compatibility of hydraulic fluid with polyurethane rubber is not adapted.
