文章主要通过分析机械专用润滑剂的现状以及未来发展趋势,介绍了食品机械专用润滑剂的应用场合、性能特点、安全要求、原料组成等方面内容,并详细介绍了食品机械专用润滑剂的国内外技术标准及相关法律法规发展演变过程;为了解决食品安全问题,排除食品加工过程存在的隐患,食品级润滑剂必将在未来食品工业领域具有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper,the actual state and development trend of food machinery lubricants are mainly analyzed.The application situation,performance characteristics,safety requirements and material compositions of food machinery lubricants are reviewed,and standards and legislations at home and abroad are described in detail.In order to solve the problem of food safety and remove the hidden danger,food machinery lubricants will be widely used in the field of food manufacturing.
