Application of Low Impact Development Technology to Xinshi Town Drainage System

摘要 针对小城镇建设中存在的破坏自然生态系统、排水出路困难、水资源匮乏、极端天气排水安全难以保障等突出问题,提出用低冲击开发(LID)技术建设天津市金钟街新市镇的排水系统,改善城市水环境。从天津市金钟街新市镇的示范效益可以看到,采用LID技术,可在城镇化的同时恢复自然生态环境、在获得经济效益的同时实现多重社会效益及生态效益,该技术切实符合构建"低碳城市"的理念,具有很好的推广应用价值。 Many problems exist in the construction of small cities and towns. They include the de- struction of natural ecological systems, difficulties of drainage outlet, water resources shortage, no securi- ty guarantee for drainage in extreme weather. It was proposed low impact development (LID) technology was used to construct a drainage system in Jinzhong Xinshi Town, Tianjin, to improve city water environ- ment. The results of the demonstration effect showed that using LID technology could realize engineered urbanization and restore natural ecological environment, gain economically, socially and ecologically in the long-run. The technology was in accord with the construction of the low carbon city concept.
