摘要
目的:观察临床护理路径在肺炎患者护理中应用的效果。方法:124例患者随机分为观察组63例和对照组61例,观察组在实施常规护理的基础上采用临床护理路径方法进行干预,对照组实施常规护理。结果:与对照组比较,观察组的住院时间、住院费用明显下降(P<0.05),而患者满意率、知识掌握率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径作为一种科学的管理模式,既可提高工作效率,又能控制成本、保证护理质量。
OBJECTIVE： To study the effectiveness of clinical nursing pathway in patients with pneumonia. METHODS： 124 patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into control group （61 cases） and observation group （63 cases）. The patients in observation group were given nursing by the clinical nursing pathway on the basis of routine nursing care, while those in control group were only given routine nursing care. RESULTS： Compared with control group,hospitalization days and hospitalization cost decreased significantly in observation group （P0.05）, while degree of satisfaction and mastery of knowledge in patients improved significantly （P0.05）. CONCLUSION： The clinical nursing pathway is a kind of scientific management mode, which can improve work more efficiently, control costs and guarantee the quality of nursing care.
