开展专项整治活动对我院门诊抗菌药物应用的影响调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Effects of Special-purpose Regulation on the Use of Antibacterials in Outpatient Department of Our Hospital

目的:探讨开展专项整治活动对我院门诊抗菌药物应用情况的影响。方法:随机抽取我院2010年4-9月(整治前)和2011年4-9月(整治后)门诊成人处方各18300份,对应用抗菌药物的处方进行统计、分析。结果:整治后我院抗菌药物的应用比例由整治前的39.90%降至19.98%。其中,注射用抗菌药处方比例由整治前的41.03%降至34.71%;单一用药、二联用药、三联用药比例分别由整治前的61.09%、37.00%、1.90%变为整治后的72.84%、26.20%、0.96%;第3代头孢菌素使用率从整治前的37.35%降至24.97%。结论:开展专项整治活动后,我院门诊抗菌药物应用情况明显改善,有效地促进了抗菌药物的合理应用。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effects of special-purpose regulation on the use of antibacterials in outpatient department of our hospital. METHODS： 18 300 outpatient prescriptions were randomly collected from outpatient department during Apr.-Sept. in 2010 （before implementation） and Apr.-Sept. in 2011 （after implementation） respectively. The utilization of antibacterials was analyzed statistically. RESULTS： After the implementation of special-purpose regulation, the proportion of antibacterials used decreased from 39.90% before implementation to 19.98%. The proportion of antibiotics for injection decreased from 41.03% before implementation to 34.71% after implementation. The percentages of single-drug, two-drugs and three-drugs use decreased from 61.09%, 37.00% and 1.90% to 72.84%, 26.20% and 0.96%. The frequency of the third generation cephalosporin dropped from 37.35% to 24.97%. CONCLUSION： After the development of special-purpose regulation, the use of antibacterials in ourpatient department of our hospital has been markedly improved and has effectively promoted rational use of antibacterials.
