注射用头孢美唑钠与2种药物配伍稳定性考察

Study on Compatible Stability of Cefmetazole Sodium for Injection Mixed with 2 Kinds of Drugs

目的:考察注射用头孢美唑钠与热毒宁注射液和注射用丹参多酚酸盐的配伍稳定性。方法:依据临床用药剂量进行配伍,观察配伍液外观、pH值和不溶性微粒数的变化,并采用高效液相色谱法分别测定配伍液中头孢美唑钠的含量变化。结果:室温下8h内,2种配伍液外观、pH值无显著变化,头孢美唑钠含量无明显变化,但不溶性微粒数则存在不同程度的增加且超过2010年版《中国药典》规定。结论:注射用头孢美唑钠与热毒宁注射液和注射用丹参多酚酸盐不可配伍使用。

OBJECTIVE： To observe the compatible stability of Cefmetazole sodium for injection mixing with Reduning injection and Salvianolate for injection. METHODS： For compatibility based on the clinical dose, the appearance and pH value of mixture and changes ofinsoluble particles number were observed, and the contents of cefmetazole in mixture were determined by HPLC. RESULTS： At room temperature for 8 h,the appearance and pH value of mixture and the content of cefmetazole sodium had no significant change. The number ofinsoluble particles increased to different extent and exceeded the standard stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2010 edition）. CONCLUSION： Cefmetazole for injection is not compatible with Reduning injection and Salvianolate for injection.
