摘要 目的探讨Lewis y抗原及胰岛素样生长因子受体1(IGF-1R)在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测卵巢浆液囊腺癌(恶性组)、交界性卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤(交界性组)、良性卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤(良性组)和正常卵巢组织(正常组)中Lewis y抗原与IGF-1R的表达。用免疫荧光双标记法检测2者在卵巢癌组织中表达的相关性。结果恶性组Lewis y抗原和IGF-1R的阳性率明显高于交界性组、良性组及正常组(P<0.05);低分化组IGF-1R的表达水平与中、高分化组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而低、中、高分化3组间Lewis y抗原表达差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。Lewis y和IGF-1R在恶性组中的表达水平增高,具有正相关性(P<0.05),且2者存在共定位关系。结论 Lewis y抗原及IGF-1R参与了卵巢浆液性肿瘤由良性向恶性的转化与发展,与患者的预后密切相关。 Objective To study the expression and the clinical significances between Lewis y antigen and insulin-like growth factor receptor 1(IGF-1R) in ovarian serous tumors.Methods The SP method was used to investigate the positive expression rates of Lewis y and IGF-1R in paraffin-embedded samples of malignant ovarian serous tumors(malignant group),borderline ovarian serous cystadenoma(borderline group),benign serous ovarian cystadenoma(benign group) and normal ovarian tissues(normal group).Double labeling immunofluorescence method was used to detect the expression of Lewis y and IGF-1R and their correlation was analyzed.Results The positive rates of Lewis y antigen and IGF-1R in malignant tumors were evidently higher than those in borderline and benign tumors and normal tissues(P 〈0.05).The expression intensity of IGF-1R in low differentiated tumors was higher than those in moderately and highly tumors(P 〈 0.05),but there was no statistical significance of Lewis y antigen expression in all the tumors.Positive correlation and synchronization expression were found between Lewis y antigen and IGF-1R in ovarian serous tumor tissues.Conclusion Lewis y and IGF-1R participate in the procedure of malignant transformation of a benign tumor,and strongly correlate with differentiation of ovarian cancer,which is expected to be the diagnostic marker to aid the early diagnosis of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma.
