摘要
在二乙基次膦酸铝(ADP)和三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)复配阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)的基础上,加入少量钛酸铝(Al2TiO5)作为阻燃协效剂,制得无卤阻燃聚醚型TPU。结果表明,该阻燃聚醚型TPU具有优异的阻燃性能、加工性能和力学性能。当TPU/ADP/MCA/Al2TiO5质量比为70/15/12/3时,制备的阻燃聚醚型TPU极限氧指数可达31.1%,垂直燃烧仅持续5 s,且无滴落,阻燃级别达到FV-0;拉伸强度可达24.6 MPa,断裂伸长率为566%。热失重分析、扫描电镜和锥形量热仪分析测试可知,钛酸铝的加入能有效提高燃烧过程的成炭量,且使得炭层更致密,同时也降低了最大热释放速率,显示出良好的阻燃协效作用。
On the basis that the mixture of diethyl phosphinic aluminum (ADP) and melamine cyanurate ( MCA), a small amount of aluminium titanate ( Al2TiO5 ) was used to get halogen-free flame retarded polyether- based TPU resin. The TPU composite exhibited excellent flame-retardant properties, processing properties and me- chanical properties. When the mass ratio of TPU, ADP, MCA and Al2TiO5 was 70 : 15 : 12 : 3, the flame-retarded polyether-based TPU composite possessed a limiting oxygen index of 31.1%, only 5 s after flame time of vertical rimeter measurements indicated that Al2TiO5 increased combustion residues and the compactness of combustion residues, reduced the maximum heat release rate, and then enhanced the flame-retardant effect.
