Different from those in our daily life,emotion and affection in stage performance of Chinese ethnic and folk dance should meet the requirement of national spirit,specific situation,characters,etc.Therefore,it＇s necessary to distinguish the relationship between emotions and affection so as to produce artistically authentic dance performance on the stage.This paper tries to expound the approach to effective application of the relationship with the intention to bring about excellent stage performance of Chinese ethnic and folk dance.
