摘要 基于图像处理的谷物检测与识别方法不仅效率和准确率高而且劳动强度小,具有广阔的应用前景。从谷物虫害检测与识别、谷物成分检测、谷物品种识别与分类以及谷物品质检测与分级等方面综述了基于近红外图像、软X射线图像、可见光图像的谷物检测与识别方法的研究进展,分析了各种方法的优缺点,提出了未来基于图像处理的谷物检测与识别方法的研究方向以及发展趋势,以期能充分利用国内外的最新研究成果,推进国内在该领域的研究步伐。 Grain detection and recognition method based on image process is efficient,accurate and low labor intensity,so it has wide application prospect.In order to utilize foreign and native new research findings and improve the research in this field in China,the research progress of grain detection and recognition method based on image process is summarized.The methods include near infrared reflectance image process,soft X-ray image process and visible light image process.The methods are used in grain insect detection and recognition,grain ingredient detection,grain variety recognition and classification,grain quality detection and grading.The superiority and inferiority of each method are analyzed,and it is expected to present further key research work through the latest research results both at home and abroad.
