摘要
利用光电检测技术实现电池生产过程中的露箔等极片缺陷检测,利用光学成像的方式,通过CCD线阵相机直接获取极板表面的图像,通过对所获取的图像进行处理、识别,进而判断极板上是否存在露箔区域和其他缺陷区域,消除因露箔等极片缺陷所带来的安全隐患。系统可以识别出突出极片0.5 mm以上的颗粒、小于0.2 mm×0.2 mm的露箔区,检测速度大于15 m/min,满足极片检测的准确性和检测效率。
This system uses photoelectric detecting technique in the process of battery production to make defects detection such as for a piece of foil dew.It gains plate surface image with using optical imaging ways and through a linear array CCD camera to judge whether there is dew foil areas on the plate and other defect areas through the image processing and identifying,then to eliminate the hidden safety danger by dew foil defects and so on.This system can recognize the particles of a 0.5 mm above highlight and dew foil area less than 0.2 mm×0.2 mm.The detection speed is greater than 15 m/min,and can meet the requirement of precision and the detection efficiency for the very pieces.
