摘要
自动平衡吊具是一种由微处理器控制的全自动吊具,它可以在起吊过程中快速地自动调平,使被吊物的质心在吊具本身得到调整,从而使整个起吊过程中,被吊物始终保持在水平状态;也可以使被吊物在起吊过程中快速地调姿,使被吊物保持一个任意的预先设定的姿态。基于此,设计了吊具的控制系统,对吊具承重系统和动力系统进行了仔细的计算,并以吊具极限姿态为最不利情形,选型在精度、稳定性和可靠性等指标均预留了充足的安全裕度。
Automatic balance sling is a automatic sling controlled by microprocessor,it can be quickly automatic leveled in the process of operation,make the mass center of suspended objects in the sling itself are adjusted,so that the lifted objects always stay in horizontal state during the entire process;and it can also quickly adjust the suspended objects to remain in a pose of arbitrary and presetting position during the lifting process.This paper introduces the design of the sling control system,the sling bearing system and power system are calculated carefully,and even the limited pose of sling is in a most unfavorable attitude situation,the best selection are made in precision,stability and reliability with enough safety tolerance.
