摘要
针对火车槽车装车自动定量控制的研究,一改常规利用流量计进行计量的方式,提出直接利用射频导纳液位开关测量控制装车的液位高度,再根据槽车罐容表查出装车量的思路,阐述了射频导纳介质液位连续测量的原理、测量控制系统的结构及实现的意义。
Aiming at the study on the automation of rail tankers loading,the design conception of using directly radio frequency admittance liquid level meter to measure the liquid level of tanker and then check the volume according to tanker volume table is proposed as the alternative of routine measuring method using flowmeter.The structure of radio frequency admittance liquid level meter and the principle for continuous measurement,and the possibility of realizing measurement system are described.
