摘要
不当的夜间人工照明已成为巨大的生态隐患,不仅会对鸟类夜间的行为特征产生长期影响,还会威胁候鸟迁徙途中的飞行安全。目前对国内候鸟物种的光生态研究尚在起步阶段。我们遴选出天津地区夜间迁徙候鸟的典型代表——红喉歌鸲作为研究对象,对其在秋季日落前后天然光环境下的行为反应习性进行观测,得到了时刻、天然光照度、紫外照度与迁徙期红喉歌鸲行为频次间的定量化关系,给进一步的实验室条件下"人工光刺激—行为反应实验"提供参考和比较依据。同时,该实验在低照度下行为信息无干扰连续采集和海量行为样本高效统计方面进行了新型实验方法探索。
Currently, the study about photoecology of migrant birds' species is on the early stage. Regarding our research, the Siberian Rubythroat was selected as the typical case in the district of Tianjin. We obtained the quantitative relations among the variables of time, daylight illuminance, UV radiation and behavioral frequency of the Siberian Rubythroat through observations on its behavioral changes in the natural light environments around sunset in autumn. The research offers quantitative references and bases for the further experiments of " artificial lighting stimulus-behavior responses" with the conditions of laborites. The methodology of our research achieved continual data collection on the experimental objects under limitations of low illuminance, and also adopted image processing technologies for conducting the statistics on a large number of samples and datum.
