三维CT成像在尿毒症血管通路病变诊断及治疗中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨三维计算机断层摄影血管造影(three-dimensional computed tomography angiography,3D-CTA)检查在尿毒症血管通路病变诊断及治疗中的应用,提高诊疗水平。方法:对45例临床初步诊断血管通路功能不良的尿毒症患者行3D-CTA检查,并以之结果指导治疗方案的制定和实施。结果:45例3D-CTA诊断为血管通路功能不良,其中13例经DSA证实,所得影像显示清楚。其中9例由于病变范围合适球囊扩张治疗后,现血管通路功能恢复正常,满足临床血液透析的需要,有15例患者根据狭窄的部位及时行手术重新吻合;另1例仍坚持使用,但流量欠佳,拒绝任何干预措施。结论:3D-CTA是一种无创、分辨率高的血管造影技术,是一项评估透析血管通路的先进手段,能全面评估血液透析患者血管通路情况,并能指导治疗的制定和实施。
